I'm a Senior AI UX Designer who spent the last year on SAP's Intelligent Experiences team, working within their Forward Deployed Engineering model — co-building AI solutions directly with strategic customers before they scale into SAP's core product line. It's a client-facing way of designing I'd like to keep doing on Microsoft's Industry Solutions Team.

My flagship project there was leading end-to-end UX for an agentic AI workflow with Bosch, automating roughly 300 daily manual purchase-approval checks inside SAP S/4HANA. I ran discovery in daily client meetings, defined the personas and flows, then built Fiori-compliant mockups and a working prototype in Figma and Claude Code. The real design challenge was deciding exactly where the AI could act versus where a human had to stay in control — my rule was no AI auto-approval, ever. That's the judgment I want to bring to your team: translating what data scientists and engineers build into something a customer can trust.
