My work focuses on creating products and experiences that are useful, usable, and trustworthy—combining UX strategy, research, interaction design, and emerging technologies to solve complex problems and deliver meaningful outcomes for both people and organizations.

Throughout my career, I have helped organizations including SAP, Capital Group, and Walt Disney Imagineering design enterprise platforms, AI-assisted workflows, and large-scale digital products.

My experience spans enterprise software, entertainment, predictive AI, generative AI, and founder-led product innovation, giving me a multidisciplinary perspective on how people interact with technology in real-world environments.

Today, I focus on product strategy, enterprise UX, human-AI interaction, workflow automation, and designing systems that drive trust, adoption, and usability at scale.
